The
Dia Bear Club is a non-profit organization especially for children with
diabetes. The Club was started in 1991 and over the years has helped many children and their families to adjust to a life with diabetes and live healthy, normal lives. We have held camps, hosted diabetes open days and visited schools to help educate the public on diabetes. Many of our early members have now raised families and live healthy, normal lives. We have a CD that contains a lot of information on diabetes and also explains diabetes to children in comic book form. Please contact us should you wish to receive a copy of this CD.
